Woodstock Fully Adorns the Peanuts x Converse Chuck 70

The Peanuts are back, but this time Converse commemorates a different character with its classic Chuck 70. With a thoughtful Where's Waldo-style, all-over print, the label pays homage to Snoopy's best friend. Woodstock, named after the music festival of the same name, covers the side panels, tongues, and other details.

Charles Schulz designed the fictional character much earlier, but the little songbird was given the name "Woodstock" in 1970, making Snoopy's flighty pal one of the most memorable comic book characters in American history. Converse pays tribute to Woodstock with a very special sneaker.

Both the large side panels and the tongues are decorated with the little creature. Converse then immortalises itself with typical patches on the insides and heel logos, with Woodstock also finding its place here. In addition, you'll find Charlie Brown's trademark zigzag pattern on the outsoles and "PEANUTS" embroidered on the tongues.

When Is the Peanuts x Converse Chuck 70 "Woodstock" Scheduled for Release?

Soon, the multi-part Peanuts x Converse collection is set to drop at Converse. We suspect a May 24th release at converse.com.
