Nike is paying tribute to the traditional New Year with a special footwear and apparel collection. Fans can also expect a very special sneaker to be among them. This Nike Dunk High "Year of the Tiger", which has now surfaced in the form of official images, features intricate floral embroidery and tiger stripes on the upper. It's hard to know where to look. Several eye-catching details adorn this sneaker, all spread across the base. The upper is divided into three parts. The rear black heels have yellow tiger stripes, the middle section is just drenched in black, and the front section is made of cream suede. In addition, there are gold inscriptions that have a meaning. The inscriptions on the left and right shoe mean "good luck" and "ward off evil", respectively ("招财" and "辟邪").

Up close, you can then see the many floral embroideries on the overlays and Swooshes of the Nike Dunk High "Year of the Tiger". Next to them, the tongues are covered in satin as gold Nike brandings highlight the detail. Similar accents can also be found on the inside, while orange soles echo the theme with tiger stripes.

Nike unfortunately hasn't named a release date yet, but we can very well imagine a limited release of the Nike Dunk High "Year of the Tiger" in other regions. Nevertheless, we'll keep track of it and notify you if we get any more info.
