The Packer x New Balance 992 Celebrates American Craftsmanship

Fourteen years ago, New Balance launched the first 992, and the silhouette is still a very important part of the sneaker culture today. This year, New Balance has once again achieved a lot with this silhouette and has repeatedly produced sold-out releases. Most recently, KITH founder Ronnie Fieg showed a "Steel Blue" colourway on Instagram.

The current release is meant to celebrate the craft "Made in USA" and is released in style accordingly with the sneaker and streetwear retailer packer from New Jersey. The Boston-born artist Michael C. Thorpe, who now lives in Queens, was involved in this elegant piece of jewellery. His unique quilt artworks have even been shown in solo exhibitions at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

This Packer x New Balance 992 has a light brown upper made of a mixture of mesh and suede paired with reflective details. The trademark "992" can be found prominently on the tongue, and beige laces round off the overall design.

Do Not Miss the Release of the Packer x New Balance 992

The Packer x New Balance 992 will be released exclusively in the Packer online shop on September 12th, so bad cards for us. But the shoe could still find its way to us in Germany at a later date, so you should definitely download our free Grailify App to not miss this release!
