Hardly any other football team had such a good end of the year as the Florida Gators. Just a few weeks ago, they won against the Virginia Cavaliers in the Orange Bowl in December. This gave them a real boost that even Jordan Brand himself noticed. Because of that, the Jumpman is to land on another Player Exclusive wearing the Gators' colours.

Not only do the colours look simply intense, but also the materials are unique, which you don't see so often on an AJ1. The base comes with a white leather, which is highlighted by a dual-piece construction. Blue and red belong to the typical colours of the Gators. For this reason, Jordan Brand designs the OG in those primary colours.

But, probably the best features are the Gators logos on the tongue and the embossed material. The structure basically resembles the giant reptile, which is also the mascot of the Florida Gators.

So far, the release is not yet clear. Some assume that only the Gators will be getting the sneakers. Others suspect that the iteration will be dropping here soon as well. But, we are still rather skeptical about it.
