So, it's no wonder that Jordan Brand has come up with something really special. The legendary silhouette gets two very special releases: the "Air Jordan 11 Jubilee" and a self-lacing "Air Jordan 11 Adapt".
Air Jordan 11 Jubilee
Inspired by original sketches of the Air Jordan 11, the interpretation of the 25th anniversary model features a silver metal Jumpman logo and a "JORDAN" on the eyelets. The heel has an embroidered silver "23" with a printed "25" on the insoles. On the tongue, there is a specially embroidered "JUMPMAN" and "JORDAN" sign.
Michael Jordan personally debuted in 1995 with the Air Jordan 11 after returning from his first retirement. And, the Air Jordan 11 Jubilee celebrates the birth of a cultural icon and is one of the most popular sneakers in basketball history. The moment is underlined by silver accents and other unique details (metal is the symbol of the Jubilee). The shoe naturally comes with the unmistakable mix of patent leather and mesh for the upper.

Hard to believe, but there are 25 year old sketches by Tinker Hatfield showing a shoe without laces. And now Jordan Brand is turning this idea into reality using Adapt technology.

"By incorporating the best of Nike's technology, we have realized Tinker's original vision for the Air Jordan 11 while offering owners the most personalized Jumpman shoes yet".
The Nike Adapt technology used in both Nike performance basketball products and Nike sportswear breathes new life into Jordan brand innovation. The groundbreaking 2020 iteration of the Air Jordan 11, controlled by the wearer via Nike's Adapt App, offers real-time personalisation and a customised fit and feel.
The app allows users to customise the Adapt buttons on the midsole of the shoe by personalising the colour scheme and flashing pattern of the button lights - making the technology an instant extension of the footwear.
