The Jordan Chicago Collaborators Collection

With the All-Star Weekend to be held in Chicago in February, Jordan Brand has assembled a collection inspired by the city with eight local talents, both established and emerging.

Each designer was commissioned to bring one of Chicago's eight transit line colors to light through new clothing and footwear, and to illustrate how the train unites the city's residents, neighborhoods, and culture.

Here, we show you the 8 creative minds that are behind this collection. We are certainly looking forward to this new line because some pieces are really that distinctive.

SucceZZ - Yellow Line

SucceZZ is a shoe and fashion boutique founded by former NBA star and Jordan Brand athlete Bobby Simmons and retail industry veteran Lavelle Sykes.

Cody Hudson - Orange Line

Cody Hudson is a multimedia artist originally from Wisconsin. Chicago is now home to his family and businesses (Struggle Inc., Land and Sea Dept., and Letherbee Distillers).

Drew the Barber - Brown Line

Drew the Barber strives to give confidence and joy to all who sit in his chair. Drew is an admired cultural leader, whether it's when cutting the hair of NBA stars or providing a safe space for the Chicago youth.

Social Works - Blue Line

Social Works aims to empower the youth through arts, education, and civic engagement while promoting leadership, accessibility, and positivity in Chicago. Their famous open mic has hosted some of Chicago's most promising Gen Z talent.

Sheila Rashid - Purple Line

Sheila Rashid has established herself as one of Chicago's most talented designers. Her unisex brand aims to challenge and expand the definition of gender identity.

Jordan Wings - All 8 Transit Line Colours

Jordan Wings uses the power of Jordan Brand to create a level playing field for the underserved youth. This is done by providing access to education and mentoring in Chicago and beyond.

Off-White

Virgil Abloh comes from Chicago and founded the Off-White brand. Today, he is the artistic director of Louis Vuitton menswear. Virgil is also a DJ, artist, and furniture designer.

Lyrical Lemonade - Pink Line

Lyrical Lemonade was created in 2013 by Cole Bennett when he was still in high school. What began as an online platform to highlight emerging Chicago artists has evolved into a multimedia company working with top talent in the music industry.

This collection should be quite popular and at the same time limited. We assume that this collection will only drop during the All-Star Weekend. As you know, we update our sneaker release calendar daily with new releases and retailers, so you won't miss this release for sure.
