Sashiko is in fact an old textile decoration technique that originates from Japan. This technique, which can be traced back to the early 17th century, is actually about patched clothing. Broken trousers, jackets and the like are repaired with artistic motifs.

Even if this Dunk doesn't look broken, it still fits well with the decoration technique. The sneakers are made of high-quality materials such as denim and buttery-soft suede. The outsole is a brown rubber and the white midsole completes the overall design.

"Sashiko" or the "small stitches" belong to the special highlights of the shoe. These include the embroidered Swoosh and the front seams, which look as if the two layers are joined together. In addition, there are thick white rope laces and a jagged pattern on the tongue tag.
