As if this fusion of the Air Max 720 with the classic Air Max 98 wasn't good enough, Beaverton has chosen a rather hip colourway. The legendary "Silver Bullet" colourway appears on the MX-720-818, a colour scheme originally inspired by the high-speed trains in Japan.

But, with this very silhouette, we definitely have to think of the suits worn by the astronauts. The wavy lines and the eye-catching silver portions could have come from the futuristic suit. Red accents on the mudguard and on the upper complete the overall design.
