Nike Dunk Low Disrupt White Gold

In recent years, it seems that Nike has developed a penchant for new silhouettes. In doing so, the Beaverton-based brand has experimented mostly with classic silhouettes.

Most recently, the ladies among us have benefited from the new creations. More specifically, Nike released the Air Force 1 Shadow, which was designed exclusively for women and has been expanding the range with incredible colourways for some time now.

But that shouldn't be the last silhouette from Nike, as another new sneaker is now waiting in the wings. The brand with the Swoosh has reinterpreted the Dunk Low and created the Nike Dunk Low Disrupt — a silhouette that takes influence from mid-'80s basketball shoes.

The women's exclusive model features an all-white base made of premium leather and overlays reminiscent of the Dunk Low. Underneath these clean layers then lie gold leather Swooshes said to be inspired by the Greek goddess of victory from which Nike takes its name.

The heel tabs are given a gold Nike lettering with embroidered stars spelling out the brand name and tongue label. The astrological theme is then continued on the black insoles, with gold lace locks completing the overall design.
