This year, athletes and sports enthusiasts will probably be annoyed by the postponement of the Olympic Games to 2021. Unfortunately, because of COVID-19, we won’t get to see any sporting highlights.

Nevertheless, major sporting goods manufacturers are making every effort to produce a number of releases that pay tribute to the anticipated event in Tokyo. Nike has already announced some models for the event. In addition to the Air Max 97 "Gold Medal", which supposedly pays homage to the Olympic gold medal, this Air Presto will be released with a South Korean theme.

Nike takes an opportunity with the sneaker and prints white tiger stripes, which have often been associated with South Korea. The same stripes are also featured on the Asian country's Away jerseys.

Furthermore, the sneakers resemble the Nike Air Max 95 "Korea", which was released just a month ago. On top of that, there is an uneven colour scheme. The inner sides of the cage are coloured blue, while the outer sides appear in red. Further down, it is still just as wild. The right sneaker has a blue outsole while the left sneaker has a red outsole.

Other connections to the country include the flags on the back. Gold heel tabs and a white midsole complete the overall design.
