Nike Air Max 1 Premium Powerwall Limeade

Three years ago, the iconic Nike Air Max 1 celebrated its anniversary. The classic turned 30 years old in 2017. But even after all these years, the silhouette hasn't gotten old and grey at all. New and fresh colourways still fill the shelves at retailers today.

The Air Max 1 is a classic, and we wouldn't want to miss the silhouette anymore. In 1987, the original shoe with the Air unit had a small window in the sole. For sneakerheads of that time, this may have been an absolute novelty, whereas nowadays, we can admire the Air unit in full length.

The Nike Air Max 1 and the Powerwall colourways have been causing quite a stir in the sneakerhead community for months now, but so far there have been nothing but just leaks. But finally, Nike seems to be ready, as the first releases of this pack find their way into the Nike SNKRS app.

This "Limeade" will be one of the first Powerwall releases. OG sneakerheads must remember this style, because we have already seen this Powerwall colourway in 2006. The "Air" text prints in bubbles along the shoe give the style a retro touch.
