However, following the extensive collaboration with the Dutch label, the silhouette is now receiving Nike's completely undivided attention on Air Max Day 2022 and will therefore also be released in many new colour combinations.

The latest version of the Air Max 1 uses a clean white mesh base that is clearly enhanced by iridescent overlays. The mudguards and Swooshes come in a grey nubuck leather finish to maintain the sneaker's light appearance.
This special edition of the Air Max 1 is obviously an homage to the capital of France, which is often referred to as La Ville Lumiere (City of Light). Matching lettering can therefore also be found on the outer and inner soles. Both also feature "Printemps 2022" (Spring 2022) and "3.26" prints, which allude to the original release in spring 1987. The navy tongue tags also pick up on the theme.
To round off the design of the sneaker, a clean white midsole is used, which is enthroned on a translucent outsole. The latter is complemented by grey and blue traction elements.
