The latest version of the Air Max 1 features a clean white mesh base contrasted by light blue overlays and suede mudguards. The elements around the eyelets, on the other hand, use a greyish hue, adding a little neutrality to the design.
The inner lining, the embroidered logos on the outside, and the transparent outsole also present the light shade. A big feature of the sneaker is the checkered Swooshes on the outside and inside, whereby the latter forgoes the light blue and uses a clean white instead. The yellowed midsole also provides a subtle vintage look.
The Nike Air Max 1 Blueprint uses a globe several times for this special edition and places the motif on the heel as well as on the dark blue inner soles. On these, a graphic is also visible, which represents the individual layers of an Air Max 1.
