Nike Air Force 1 Fontanka Tortoise Shell

The label with the Swoosh is known for releasing numerous new collections every year. These collections usually contain several different silhouettes, whose technical design is inspired by a certain motif. In 2022, such collections will once again not be neglected, which is why Nike has already announced the so-called Tortoise Shell Pack. According to the latest information, the Air Huarache, the Air Force 1 Fontanka, and the Air Max 90 will be part of this collection.

The Nike Air Force 1 Fontanka Tortoise Shell uses a mix of different colours and materials to match the look of a tortoise shell. A grey hue is used on the velvety suede base, while a clean white adorns the front overlay on the toebox. The rear overlays have an orange suede finish, clearly contrasting with the front.

The Swoosh and the heel element use a shiny patent leather that shows off the animal pattern with the different shades of brown. The special feature of the Fontanka is clearly the minimal brown overlays that overlap with the Swoosh, the heel element, and the eyelets, some of which are very obviously sewn on.

The white laces also have brown and orange embellishments, while three embroidered Jewel Swooshes in brown, white, and orange reflect the main colours of the shoe. A dark brown outsole rounds off the sneaker perfectly.
