Nike has taken a big step forward with the Space Hippie initiative and future sustainability, and this includes, above all, the literal basis for it. The Crater Foam has a rough sole and consists of a mixture of (at least) 15% Nike Grind rubber and other Nike foams, which also look really great.

The recycled materials used by the brand with the Swoosh help reduce CO2 emissions, as there is virtually no need to produce new material for the individual elements. In addition, the material mix creates a completely new look and unique texture. We could even imagine other silhouettes very well.

The Crater collection is enormous. You might even think that Nike is using recycled materials in almost every silhouette. Recently, some Air Force 1s, a React Vision, a Blazer, and other popular silhouettes have been added.

With a sustainable approach, these sneakers take on the crushed rubber waste used for the upcoming Space Hippie capsule this time. Most of it is rather dark, while the seams with "Flash Crimson" hits round off the overall design.
