adidas ZX 8000 Minimalist Icons

adidas is currently experiencing an upswing in brute colourways and collabs. Of course, the revived adidas A-ZX series immediately comes to mind, and it's filled with massive sneakers. The label from Herzogenaurach has dug deep into the archives and pulled out numerous old classics.

Together with renowned labels such as BAPE or LEGO, the shoes have then been given a modern look and sometimes even eclipsed new silhouettes such as the Ultra Boost. Next to these crazy sneakers then stands this clean adidas ZX 8000 "Minimalist Icons".

After a few loud versions, adidas opts for a rather quiet ZX sneaker. This ZX 8000 has no crazy details or patterns, but a monochromatic look.

The rich pink hits every single element, with swapped materials resembling an inside-out sneaker and doing away with a few artificial panels. The eyelets are made of suede, and the large leather elements with suede stripes above replace the Three Stripes on the sides.
