adidas Ultra Boost DNA Montreal

The acclaimed Ultraboost from adidas has been finding ways to get back in the spotlight lately. The last great collection from the brand with the Three Stripes has been dedicated to renowned football clubs and there is another load of Ivy Park to be released soon.

But before these projects are released to the public, it's time to develop another set of city-inspired Ultraboosts.

Montreal is a city of one million people and considering the fact that the city is a part of Canada, the sneakers mostly use the colours of the flag. The result is a loud iteration from adidas. This city-inspired approach uses a fancy look for the Ultraboost DNA and mixes typical materials like the Primeknit upper and the Ultraboost sole.

The upper material is primarily in a vibrant red tone. This is complemented by high-contrast colour additions in black and white as well as white lines on adidas' Three Stripes. "Montreal" brandings on the forefoot and tongue enliven the sneaker, while red heel tabs round off the overall design.
