It's hard to believe, in December 2019 the first pictures of the "Oregon" Air Jordan 5 appeared and now it's finally here. The release of the long awaited Jordan is tomorrow morning at 08:00 am on Nike!

Nike has uploaded the official pictures of the Air Jordan 5 "Oregon”, and apparently, there is already a release date for the high-quality sneakers from the Jordan Brand Fall 2020 collection. The "Oregon" is said to drop on September 12th at Nike and selected retailers.

In the Jordan Brand Fall 2020 collection, we find many ingenious models. Besides some Air Jordan 1 iterations, this Air Jordan 5 drops in Oregon Ducks style. The pair has a noble and high-quality premium suede upper. The Jordan also features yellow hits on the midsole as well as a semi-transparent outsole and a reflective tongue. The upcoming Air Jordan 5 iterations are definitely among the best iterations we have seen in a long time. Besides the Air Jordan 5 "Top 3", another famous colour scheme is supposed to appear. One of the next releases is this Air Jordan 5, which takes on the Oregon Ducks scheme.
The sneakers will have a suede upper and will be painted green — a rare combination that everyone will probably love, although some details will be changed. The typical Ducks brandings on the heels and on the tongue will be replaced by Jordan brandings.
Furthermore, the side cages as well as the eyelets have been adapted. The elements are no longer transparent but come in black and fit the whole package.
The release on September 12th has not changed so far.

After Sabrina Ionescu has signed with Nike, the rumours about the Air Jordan 5 SE "Oregon Ducks" are getting even hotter. The 22-year-old WNBA star played four seasons at the Oregon Ducks and is now one of the best D-1 College players.
There already was a rumour in 2019 that the Air Jordan 5 PE from 2014 might drop very soon. This pair features a green nubuck upper, a black leather tongue, a matching insole and some yellow hits on the midsole.
Jordan Brand also uses a transparent rubber sole and combines it with a black midsole. Since this is an Oregon Ducks sneaker, typical motifs on the heels and tongue are most likely used. The Air Jordan 5 SE "Oregon Ducks" should be priced at 225€ and is said to drop on September 12th.
The Air Jordan 5 "Oregon Ducks" is probably one of the heaviest Jordan silhouettes ever. Previously, the sneakers were only exclusive to players, but now, they are already made available to the whole world. Sneakerheads have been looking for this new colourway for a long time. But, the price of the sneakers doesn't make catching a pair any easier.

At the beginning of 2019, an Air Jordan 5 "Michigan" dropped, which was only launched as a PE before. Perhaps this will soon be a Jordan Brand thing to keep releasing Player Exclusives. These latest sneakers probably have the same design as the original ones. However, the school should be missing its usual logo on the heel. The yellow detail on the midsole and the semi-transparent outsole give the colourway its very own dynamic.

There’s a chance that the release may take a long time. Insiders are suspecting a release in autumn 2020. Hopefully, more leaks will come to light soon, confirming an earlier release date.
