Nike Air Force 1 "Roman Empire" With Gold Bust Motif on the Tongues

We'll be seeing a lot more of the Nike Air Force 1 in 2022. It is, after all, the 40th birth year of Bruce Kilgore's iconic Air Force 1 silhouette. To mark the occasion, Nike is set to drop a number of new and limited edition Nike Air Force 1 models. Premium variants like this Nike Air Force 1 "Roman Empire" with burgundy patent leather also make up a large part.

As with other models, the Nike Air Force 1 "Roman Empire" has subtle details that allude to the city in Italy. The base of the new sneaker is made of white, high-quality leather, which is a good foundation for the shiny overlays.

Clearly, the burgundy patent leather and Roman details take centre stage. The former concerns the Swooshes, the mudguard, and the heels. On the new tongues, a golden bust motif replaces the typical Nike logo, and yellowed AIR soles perfectly round off the Nike Air Force 1 "Roman Empire".

Don't Miss the Release of the Nike Air Force 1 "Roman Empire"

Besides the Nike Air Force 1 "Roman Empire", we are expecting other hip colourways for the 40th anniversary. Take a look at the official images here before they hit Nike and selected retailers in the coming weeks.
