After its immense success in 2020, New Balance will be taking off in a similar way in the new year — possibly even better than last year. In the first few months, the label has already announced a two-part collab with Amoeba Music and Nice Kicks. The brands are coming together on two New Balance 992s. The three-way collab revives the acclaimed 992 with vibrant colours for spring. Designer Frank Cooke has already shared the first images on Instagram. Among CDs, records, and record players, we find two retro sneakers inspired by the record shop.

A bevy of different shades of grey accentuates the first model, while the front part is adorned in gold. Everything is complemented by teal laces, an ABZORB midsole, and a black outsole.

The other Amoeba Music x Nice Kicks x New Balance 992 leans towards dark elements, with the front part using a light blue-green tone. Elsewhere, we see contrasting red laces and silver N logos.

The Amoeba Music x Nice Kicks x New Balance 992 collection drops on shopnicekicks.com on April 2nd. A release has not yet been announced in Europe, but recent releases have already shown that it may take a few weeks or months.
