Following the announcement of the collaborative Salehe Bembury x New Balance 2002R "Water Be the Guide", New Balance has designed its own pack for the crowd. The new capsule is called the "Protection Pack" and includes three 2002Rs with a deconstructed look.

The sneakers will arrive soon at New Balance and selected retailers. Retailer Asphaltgold reveals this to us on Instagram. The selected colourways include "Rain Cloud", "Phantom", and "Sea Salt", which adorn the sneakers with a muted colour scheme.

But it's not just the colours that stand out, but the unusual pattern from the 2002R is also compelling. They feature rough-cut suede panels on the upper for a deconstructed and raw design that sits on comfortable ABZORB soles and N-ergy outsoles. Lastly, open foam tongues round out the overall design.

The three sneakers from the New Balance 2002R "Protection Pack" will be released soon. The release at selected retailers like Asphaltgold is for 149€ each. Check out the detailed pictures of the pack here.
