Today's latest pickup is all about Nike Air Max Plus. Both veteran sneakerheads and fresh fans love Nike's legendary cushioning system. A very special trademark is the visible Air Unit, which has somehow become the hallmark of the Air Max line. It comes in different colours and shapes, but the comfort delivered by the little "bubble" is indescribably good.

In 2022, there is also a small anniversary that we all get to celebrate with Nike. With new and fresh styles, Nike has kept the Air Max series alive since 1987. And that's a good thing, because no one has to do without the infamous cushioning system from Beaverton.

There's hardly a sneakerhead in the world who hasn't caught this wave. Included are these three new sneakers, the Nike Air Max Plus "Black/Metallic Silver", "Triple Black" and Nike Air Max Plus 3 "Linen".

The Nike Air Max Plus is one of the most sought-after sneakers in Europe. Street style enthusiasts appreciate the unique shape of the popular sneaker and now the Sean McDowell designed AM has been released in a predominantly black colourway, paired with atypical miniature Swoosh logos on the back. To us, the technical look of the Nike Air Max Plus "Black/Metallic Silver" reminds us a bit of Drake's pair, which he wore on his tour and was featured in the NOCTA campaign images.

The upper and wavy TPU overlays get a pitch black colourway for a sombre look. In between, you'll find silver metallic accents throughout the shoe. The swooshes on the lateral treads and heels shine the brightest. Reflective stripes also adorn the midfoot for a night-friendly look.

Only rarely have we seen the Nike Air Max Plus 3 in such a calm colourway. Nike often used neon-coloured details for an electrifying style. Fans will probably love this summery Nike Air Max Plus 3 "Linen" all the more. Different shades of white and cream look like shading on the white mesh base.

In between, leather overlays then give the sneaker a sophisticated look, which are combined with shiny toe caps and light soles. The rest of the construction gets similar white tones that contrast better with the yellow splashes of colour that extend from eyelets to the logoed tongue.

Every Nike Air Max in this post has a breathable upper and TPU overlays that ensure better support in the sneaker. But much more exciting is the lower cushioning unit, which ultimately gives the sneaker its "Air Max" name. Originally, the sneakers were designed for performance while running, but sneakerheads appreciate the lightweight and durable cushioning on the road as well.
