Nike's legendary Air Force 1 has been around since 1982 in several variations, and it is one of the most coveted shoes in the sneaker game. The Beaverton-based label kept experimenting with the silhouette and giving the original model a new shape and different colourways.

In the meantime, there are thousands of variations that Nike itself probably can no longer count. Nevertheless, Bruce Kilgore's sneaker is a trendy silhouette that fans no longer want to do without. In addition to the simple and uncomplicated colourways, the most coveted editions include the versions that sneakerheads can design themselves.

Whether corduroy, premium leather, patent leather, or satin twill, Nike releases several materials for the new season. For the first variant, we took inspiration from a coveted model and chose a shiny patent leather. The template was the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Fearless UNC Chicago" from 2019.

The glossy material turns the Nike Air Force 1 Unlocked "Fearless UNC Chicago" into a classy design and is divided into red, white, and blue. The front mudguard recalls the Chicago Bulls with its red hue, while bright blue reflects Michael Jordan's early days.

In between, the white mid panels and Air midsoles lighten up the colourway a bit, while the black Swooshes and tongues contrast right next to them. Since the insoles were taken from the "First Use" collection, you get matching gold lace locks from Nike.

The second star in our show is the Nike Air Force 1 Unlocked "Court Purple". For this design, we chose a simple pattern. Almost the entire construction is in white, with the white upper made of lightweight satin twill.

The base, eyestays  and other overlays are made of durable material, while the side Swooshes and heels are made of tumbled leather and painted in the titular "Court Purple" hue. To perfectly round off the retro design, we chose classic Nike tongue labels.

Of course, there are even more possibilities to design your own Nike Air Force 1 Unlocked. The different materials also bring other colour palettes. In addition, you can personalise your sneakers with contrasting colour gradients, or you can highlight the sneaker with your own text of up to 18 characters.
