A first look of the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Celtics" has now been shared by insiders. If the leaks are true, the shoes will have the previously assumed colour scheme of white, black, and green leather panels. It is also believed that the sneakers will be released on 15 April 2023. We'll update this post when the new details are online.

At the age of 40, His Airness announced his third and final retirement from competitive sports in 2003. Now, the 20th anniversary of his "retirement" is to be honoured with numerous unique sneakers. Alongside an Air Jordan 3 PE "Washington Wizards" designed for the GOAT during his time in Washington, an Air Jordan 1 High OG "Celtics" may appear.

The pair commemorates Michael's 63-point run against the Boston Celtics in 1986 with a classic colourway. This includes a contrasting black and white base, while a rich green hue covers the back and other parts.

White leather provides the backdrop for the black overlays and Swooshes. In contrast to the OG blocking, the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Celtics" features a black nylon tongue. Finally, green hits appear on the laces, ankle straps, and heels.

We may still be a long way from the release, but insiders are sure this is what the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Celtics" looks like. Check out the first images below.
