The Jordan "Why Not" x Converse Pack features two of Russell Westbrook's favourite silhouettes—the Air Jordan 16 and the Converse Chuck 70, inspired by Westbrook's playing style. For example, the Air Jordan 16 has a removable magnetic casing that can change the look of the shoe.

Both styles from the "Why Not? Pack feature a range of textures from leather to satin, inspired by the rock-and-roll style leather jackets Westbrook likes to wear. Rivets similar to those on leather jackets adorn the sides of the Air Jordan 16 as well as the heel and chevron star of the Converse Chuck 70.

A "crackling" leather upper on the Converse Chuck 70 is said to resemble the concrete foundations of street basketball. Westbrook's "Why Not?" logo is shown on both silhouettes in silver metal.
