The next few weeks and months are going to be great as numerous models have been confirmed for the year. Among them is the Air Jordan 3 "Fire Red", which has now been revealed with official images. No release date has been set yet, but the sneakers are rumoured to drop on September 10th, 2022.

2022 is the year of comebacks, as not only is adidas bringing back numerous Grails, but Nike is also tapping into the trend of old, coveted sneakers to bring them back. Undoubtedly, the legendary Air Jordan 3 "Fire Red" from 1988 is one of them, and it’s reportedly dropping this year. The first leaks were already revealed at the beginning of the year.

But this time, it's not just any return, because this year's Air Jordan 3 "Fire Red" has a remarkable detail that will attract the attention of as many old as well as new sneakerheads. On the back, the usual Jumpman logo is swapped for a classic Nike Air logo.

"Nike Air" gives the sneaker a quality that is more similar to the OG from 1988. The colourway is also probably familiar to everyone. The upper is made of white leather, and the adjacent overlays have the popular cement print. Finally, there are the fiery red hits on the heels, logos, and eyelets.

Jordan Brand hasn't confirmed the release yet, but the Air Jordan 3 "Fire Red" will supposedly drop on 6 August. Keep an eye on our sneaker release calendar for more info.
