On May 8th, Anthony Anderson, a US actor and comedian, graduated from Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts. Jordan Brand is honouring this special milestone with a unique sneaker.
The Beaverton-based sporting goods company is gifting the 51-year-old an ultra-rare Air Jordan 4 PE “Howard University” for graduation. The sneakers will probably never appear at retail, but we couldn’t pass up the opportunity. So, we took a look at the pair.
The Air Jordan 4 PE “Howard University” doesn’t really stand out. It has a white leather base and grey suede details on the front. Jordan Brand creates a calm contrast with blue accents, while “Howard University” (HU) tongue labels round off the overall design.
This Is What the Air Jordan 4 PE “Howard University” Looks Like
Check out the first pics of the Air Jordan 4 PE “Howard University” here. Unfortunately, the shoes are not for release, but they are reminiscent of the Air Jordan 4 “Midnight Navy”, which will be released in October 2022.
