Todd Snyder's label is turning 10 years old, and the designer and New Balance will be celebrating together. For the upcoming project, they have chosen and reissued the New Balance 992. We have picked out the pictures of the Todd Snyder x New Balance 992 "10th Anniversary" and show them to you here.
The collaborative sneaker is a limited edition and comes with a calm colour scheme and high-quality materials. The upper stays true to its original vegan tanned leather and is given a grey colour palette that is meant to be reminiscent of the New York City skyline. In between, the Todd Snyder x New Balance 992 "10th Anniversary" still features delicate hits. Brown and silver are used on the overlays, and the heels are further highlighted with "2011" and "2021".
"New York and its skyline have long been an inspiration for me, and grey has been a signature colour in our design from the beginning. So, for our 10th anniversary, I wanted to design a version of the 992 that felt like a favourite room in a skyscraper, a kind of gentleman's library — a sofa, bookshelves, a fireplace, and a bar cart," says Todd Snyder.
