In September, adidas unveiled its new NMD S1 in a cloudy colourway, but the tech silhouette is said to be unafraid of more colourways. The Herzogenaurach-based brand is reportedly already working on further iterations. One of them will be receiving a bright update.

New images now show the adidas NMD S1 in an eye-catching aqua colourway. This pair is guaranteed to turn heads for whoever wears it, as the sock-like material and sole are dressed in a bright shade of blue.

Somewhere in between, white mesh stripes break through the sides, with some of the logos in blue. The laces also feature another colour play, with the lace tips appearing in red and blue. Below, a rubber sole replaces the usual Boost cushioning.

So far, adidas is holding back the big selection, but that might change next year. This light blue adidas NMD S1 will reportedly be released next year at adidas and selected retailers.
