Anyone who was able to buy a pair of the first adidas Yeezy in early 2015 (the Yeezy Boost 750, a grey and white mid-top sneaker that sold out within 10 minutes!) was indeed very lucky. The sneakers from Kanye West are simply extremely popular and make for extreme hype. Since then, the Yeezy Boost 750 has been worth three times as much and now, it’s almost impossible to get them for less than 1000 euros. Despite the enormous success, Kanye West’s collab with adidas is still known for its limited quantities. The latest adidas Yeezy has proven to be quite hard to get hold of, even for the most experienced sneakerheads. So, it’s a good thing that you can keep track of all the releases and relevant sneaker news on and know exactly where to hit when the adidas Yeezy is back on sale.

Buy adidas Yeezy and Get Kanye West Entertainment

You can think what you like about Kanye West—he is always entertaining. Whether as a rapper, music producer, contemporary artist (which may actually seem redundant now with the repeated reference to Kanye’s music, but he does want his work to be considered as “contemporary art” by many), or simply as a celebrity husband alongside the famous Kim Kardashian, whatever Kanye West does certainly reaches cult status on its own. In the USA alone, West sold over 60 million worth of records and downloads. He is considered to be one of the most influential musicians of our time, changing hip-hop as well as pop music, and in any case, being a rare breed of individual who always draws a lot of media attention.

Kanye’s permanent media presence is probably also the reason why adidas decided to turn the initially loose cooperation in 2013 into a permanently official collab under the now-renowned label “Yeezy”. Since then, a real mania has arisen among fans and sneakerheads to buy the adidas Yeezy models. Especially in the USA, the Three Stripes brand was able to somehow tip the scales alongside its permanent competitor Nike. The name “Yeezy” is in fact Kanye West’s nickname, and the line has since stayed true to Kanye’s legendary style and personality. The adidas Boost technology provides the shoe a springy feel, not to mention the colourways that have been released so far are simply convincing! Obviously, West not only knows a lot about music, but also about design—the man simply knows what he’s doing!

What You Should Consider When Buying a Pair of adidas Yeezy

As already mentioned, adidas is deliberately limiting the number of Yeezys that can be purchased. Therefore, the previous releases were, almost without exception, all sold out in a very short time. As a rule, adidas announces new Yeezys about a week before they are released. However, occasionally, an announcement is made in the same week of the release. It will thus be a good idea for you to check our site more often. We’ll be keeping our ears and eyes open for you to regularly monitor the relevant Twitter and Facebook pages for updates. Especially our free App for Android and iOS is very helpful because we’re sending all release & restock notfications to our community as soon as news are available.

But, you can’t just simply walk into any shoe store on the day of the release and buy a pair of the highly sought-after adidas Yeezy. You’ll be needing a little more luck than that. New Yeezy Boosts almost always come out as raffle releases. For those who have not yet been initiated about these raffles, to avoid pointless queuing, these limited sneakers are usually raffled off in the raffle release. To take part in such a raffle, you have to of course find out find out more about each model in the sneaker news section of Fortunately, we single out the most important details for you in our sneaker release calendar. You should check here regularly to make sure you don’t miss a new Yeezy release!

F.A.Q. – All Important Questions About adidas Yeezy releases

Every day, we receive messages from those who are new to the sneaker game—those who always have the same questions. Surely, you want to do things right the first time if you really want to cop your coveted sneaker. After all, it’s usually the case that you only get to have one chance to grab your desired pair such as a limited edition Yeezy.

For this same reason, we have summarized the most frequently asked questions just for you, so here we go:

What are raffles?

Raffles are exactly what you think they are—”raffles”. There are online raffles in which you can participate comfortably from your PC and in most cases, allow you to receive your new Yeezy by mail. With in-store raffles, you have to go to the shop directly and enter your name in a list. There, you can buy the shoe personally. Instagram raffles, on the other hand, are almost the same as online raffles except that you have to participate via Instagram. Whether you need to pick up the shoe or have it sent to you is explained right there in the store’s description.

Do I have to pay for the shoes if I win?

Yes! This is because you only win the right to buy the new Yeezy. You still have to pay for the shoe itself.

Are there other options besides joining raffles?

Yes, there are. In fact, there are quite several of those options. When the Yeezy hype was still in its infancy, there were mostly just raffles and only adidas reserved the right to offer the shoe online. Now, more and more retailers are getting bigger stocks, so that it becomes easier to cop a new Yeezy every once in a while. So that you won’t miss these drops in the future, you should definitely get our free Grailify app. This way, you will always know when new retailers are participating in a release or restocking on the latest drops.

What exactly is the release procedure for adidas?

First of all, you have to create an account with adidas. Nowadays, adidas usually drops a Yeezy around 8:00 in the morning. However, the exact dates may always vary, which is why it’s so important that you have our app installed on your device. This is to ensure that we can always notify you shortly before the release date and tell you exactly when it’s going to start.

Another important tip is that you should always be logged in to your adidas account before the release. In general, this applies to almost ALL retailers. If you already know which retailer is going to drop the new Yeezy colourway, you should create an account there before the release and enter all relevant data like your address and payment details. Afterwards, make sure that you’re always logged in.

When the release is still pending, you usually end up in so-called “queues”. It is very important not to update your browser when you’ve already earned your spot in the queue, otherwise you will lose your place and drop all the way to the bottom. And, if you can’t stand waiting for half an hour, don’t give up just yet! Such releases and queues may last for several hours, so your determination is definitely required. Don’t throw in the towel right after only just a few minutes, because real sneakerheads know that it takes a lot of patience to beat a highly coveted release.

How many pairs will be available?

The facts about stocks of limited releases, such as an adidas Yeezy, are almost always unknown before the day it drops. Therefore, you can never really say exactly whether you will have better chances of copping a pair for yourself. It’s really that unpredictable!

How do I cope with my life if I don’t get a Yeezy?

We know that a Yeezy Saturday without a W is definitely a hard Saturday. But hey, limited releases, especially awesome Air Jordans, come out almost weekly. So, don’t despair and just get ready for the next big release. Sooner or later, it will work out just fine and then your feeling of success will be even greater!

Who can I turn to if I don’t get a Yeezy?

Definitely NOT us. At this point, we still don’t sell Yeezys. We are NOT a shop. You can’t send fake Yeezys back to us, because we don’t need them either. We just show you how/where/when you can get them.😉

What Has Happened So Far – This adidas Yeezy Boost Has Been Available for Purchase

Compared to the other sneaker series, the release history of the Yeezy is still quite manageable. But, it will surely not stay that way forever. So far, there have been the following Yeezy Boost releases:

adidas Yeezy Boost 750, a mid-top sneaker with a grey/white colourway, was released on February 14, 2015. The all-black version was available from December 19, 2015. On June 11, 2016, a grey/gum version was released (with a glow-in-the-dark sole, by the way). Since October 15, 2016, the mid-top was also available in “light brown”.

With the adidas Yeezy Boost 350, the Yeezys switched to this rather unique style. The breathable and highly flexible Primeknit was chosen as upper material. The black-spotted “Turtle Doves” was the first to be launched on June 27, 2015. On August 22, 2015, the “Pirate Black”, the black version with black-on-black tones of the light “Turtle Doves”, was released, and then later followed by the olive green “Moonrock” in November as well as the light brown “Oxford Tan” in December 2015. On August 27, 2016, children also got their money’s worth with the “Turtle Dove Infant” children’s shoe.

adidas opened another Yeezy chapter on September 24, 2016 with the release of the first Yeezy Boost 350 V2. The low-top model is a slight variation of the 350 series and can usually be quickly identified with the imprint “SPLY-350”. The limited edition mainly refers to the “Cream White” release, which is completely in white. The V2 has already been released in many different colourways, and some of them have the pull tab on the heel. The white and black Yeezy 350 V2 also became available again as a baby sneaker.

The year 2017 was also a great year for the Yeezy. This is because many never-before-seen adidas Yeezys were released this year and still gained much hype. On the contrary, the model has attracted even more fans, probably because of the incredible resell prices. In September 2017, we were able to welcome two new adidas Yeezy 350 V2 Boost models. One was the Beluga 2.0 and the other was the Semi Frozen Yellow, which was the most limited Yeezy ever. And, to be honest, we don’t need that many models of this yellow colourway either.

In December 2017, we were even allowed to welcome a new silhouette from Yeezy! The adidas Yeezy Calabasas Powerphase was then added to the series, even though the retail price of 135€ was significantly lower than the original Yeezy price. Nevertheless, the model was, of course, also sold out in a very short time.

The last release in 2017 was a baby blue Yeezy, which carried the cute name, “Blue Tint”. A very soft blue completes the whole silhouette.

2018 was by far the “richest Yeezy” year in the history of the still young brand. We have received numerous new colourways of the 350 V2 and in addition, several new silhouettes, such as the Yeezy 500 and the Yeezy 700.

The Monster Yeezy Year 2018 – An Overview of All Yeezy Releases

2018 was the year with the most new Yeezy Drops. We counted a total of 14 different Yeezy drops and restocks for the year, and something historic happened: the biggest Yeezy restock of all time was actually online for more than three days! That means you could actually buy the Yeezy 350 V2 Triple White with enough peace and quiet. Kanye’s promise, “Everyone who wants a Yeezy should have one someday,” has proven true—at least partially—in 2018. This was because the remaining releases and drops of the year were so limited that NOT everyone could get a single pair.

adidas Yeezy 500

This is a rather new silhouette that came out in 2017, which was at least available in the States. But, here in Europe, this new silhouette did not arrive until April 2018, in the form of the adidas Yeezy 500 Blush, also known as the “Desert Rat”. From this Yeezy with the “dad shoe” look, there were four colourways released in 2018—all of them very limited and always sold out immediately.

adidas Yeezy 700

This one is a further development of the adidas Yeezy and one of the silhouettes that probably caused the biggest hype. The Yeezy 700 had already been seen way back in 2016. But, it took two years until a global release of the adidas Yeezy Boost 700 Wave Runner took place in September.

As you can see, Kanye and adidas are slowly kicking ass and we strongly believe that 2019 will be an even stronger for all Yeezy fans. Until then, stay tuned. Here you can get all information about all adidas Yeezy releases!

adidas Yeezy Releases 2019 – A Banging Year for Yeezy Fans

I am writing this update on May 24, 2019. The first 5 months of the year are now almost over. And, how does the year 2019 look like for Yeezy fans? All I can say is that it’s simply terrific!

The numbers do not lie. Until today we have the following releases:

A total of seven adidas Yeezy 700 or Yeezy 700 V2 releases (or at least confirmed ones).

Ten incredible adidas Yeezy 350 V2 colourways that have been released so far (or at least those that are confirmed).

The whole family is provided for: 4 Yeezys (700 and 350) have been released or confirmed in complete family sizes.

And, friends! It’s not even half-time yet. The year 2019 still has a few months to go. So, all of you who have been waiting for massive adidas Yeezy releases in 2019, you will definitely not be disappointed!

What adidas Yeezy releases can we expect in 2020?

It’s hard to believe but true! Once again, 365 days have passed and we have seen some sick Yeezy releases from adidas and Kanye West. The last few months have especially been the best days for Yeezys fans. First and foremost, we have the new adidas Yeezy 700 V3 “Azael”, which opened the new Yeezy line in the last week of 2019. Only a few have seen this release coming. And, the new year could very well start with a new 700 V3 colourway.

But, old familiar silhouettes will soon be probably filling our shelves in new and fierce colourways. We are writing this update on January 30th, 2020 and just now, an incredible 14 new Yeezys have been confirmed.

  • The adidas 700 V3 “Alvah”, which is expected to be released on February 15th
  • Four adidas 700 MNVNs, which recently received a name change
  • Eight adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 models, seven of which do not have a confirmed release date yet
  • And, the new adidas Yeezy Boost 380 “Mist”, which also has no confirmed release date yet

But, it is clear that every model will be in such high demand as they rock the sneaker world in the next few months.

Furthermore, one must not forget that only the first month of 2020 is over. This means we can still look forward to even more colourways and maybe some new silhouettes that are yet to be discovered so far.

What happens to the adidas Yeezy line in 2023?

In October 2022, adidas announced its decision to end its contractual relationship with Kanye West, citing anti-Semitism. adidas released a statement explaining the reasons for the drastic action, stating that it “does not tolerate anti-Semitism or any other type of hate speech”. It went on to say that West’s comments and behaviour were “unacceptable, hateful and dangerous” and completely contrary to the values the company stands for.

More adidas Yeezys without the Yeezy logo

Kanye West may have praised himself for his Yeezy team’s innovative designs, but the Three Stripes company has just made sure everyone knows where the rights to those designs lie. As expected, the German company announced that adidas is the sole owner of all design rights.

Further details are still unclear, but with these latest details, one could argue that the Yeezy line is not going extinct. Insiders revealed before the turn of the year that more Yeezys are on the way, but without the familiar Yeezy logo. So it remains exciting! We will of course keep an eye on any further info and update our release calendar when new sneakers are confirmed.
